Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
MOM-entum is an all-mom dance troupe located in Montgomery County, Maryland. Founded in 2023, it's grown into a loving and supportive community of moms, friends, and sisters who love dance and want to share with the world that moms can do anything.
Our Story
In the beginning (April 2023 to be exact), one mom (that's Eurae Muhn), who had no formal dance training, went on a hunt for other non-professional dancing moms in hopes of forming a community, creating a space for moms to move their bodies with joy, feel empowered, and maybe look a little cool.

​She timidly put out a call on social media having no idea what to expect. And the moms responded. Soon, one mom became two, then three, then more. Together, they became MOM-entum!
