Our Mission

MOM-entum Dance Troupe is an all-moms dance troupe that provides a safe, fun, warm community for moms of all walks of life. Our mission is to foster empowerment in moms through the joy of movement, meaningful friendships, and self-discovery. We happily open our arms to moms of all identities as they pertain to race, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, neurotype, physical ability, marital status, and otherwise.
